Emergencies

Below is a list of emergencies you can reach us outside office hours:

• Last minute cancelled flights
• Acute ticketing problems after office hours
• Urgent reissues after office hours, for departures in the weekend (max. 48 before departure)
• Voiding of tickets (after office hours) issued during the day. We can void the majority of airline tickets before midnight (Belgian time)
• Changes after office hours due to an emergency (e.g. deceased passenger or first degree family, medical problems...)
• Urgent problems with the Ticket Robot or Getflights Pro booking tool
• Stranded passengers

Anything not listed is not considered an emergency. For calls not listed above as emergencies, an administrative fee of € 50 will be charged.
