Read the most important news from the airline industry and from Getflights in November here.
On 2 December, the updated tour operator fare structure took effect. The discount on the Touroperator Base and Touroperator Flex fares (TOBELU) has been dropped, and is now applied to the Touroperator Instant fare (TOINST). The TO Instant fare is thus preferred by the Lufthansa Group. TOINST must be issued within seven days. After issuance, your PNR is also protected against involuntary changes or cancellations. If your ticket has not yet been issued, you do not enjoy this protection. A full refund can be requested with TOINST up to 21 days before departure (DCC in your GDS remains non-refundable).
Air Dolomiti (EN) is the fifth airline in Book-a-Group. From 19 November 2024, Air Dolomiti, Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS can be booked in the Lufthansa Group booking tool for groups. This means that we can now also offer your customers Air Dolomiti in group, whether or not in combination with another Lufthansa Group airline. For example, fly Brussels-Frankfurt-Verona with Brussels Airlines and Air Dolomiti, or Brussels-Munich-Ancona.
