Lufthansa has a soft spot for Africa, and the love grows with each year. With more than nine decades of experience in flights to Africa, the Lufthansa Group has a rich history on the continent.
The airlines of the group, with hubs in cities such as Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, and Zurich, offer services to more than 47 locations in Africa. Brussels Airlines is strongly rooted in West and Central Africa. In collaboration with its partners, including Lufthansa, Discover, Austrian, and Swiss, the group offers flights to all corners of the continent.
Brussels Airlines has announced that they will resume their flights to Nairobi (NBO) starting on June 3, 2024, with a frequency of six flights per week.
In addition, Lufthansa will offer regular flights from Munich (MUC) to Johannesburg (JNB) starting from September 2, 2024.
