Senior Booking Agent

As a Senior Booking Agent you book flight tickets for groups and individual travellers. You help our customers find the best routes and conditions, and follow up projects from the first contact with the customer to invoicing and after-sales.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in the travel or aviation sector who is used to booking flight tickets. You have extensive knowledge of at least one of the major distribution systems (Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport Galileo) and know what to do when a flight is changed or cancelled. Exchanging tickets or requesting a refund is no problem for you. Knowledge of IATA’s BSP is a plus. You are also eager to learn and want to know everything about our booking tool and Ticket Robot.

You have a relevant bachelor’s degree, or make up for it with several years of work experience, and you communicate professionally in Dutch, English and French. Finally, we are looking for someone with the right character: you are easy to get along with, enjoy a team-building trip and like a touch of humour at work.
