Brussels Airlines adds Cairo to its summer 2027 network
In summer 2027, Brussels Airlines adds Cairo to its network with up to five flights a week, starting on Monday 29 March 2027. A third weekly flight to Kilimanjaro follows from the end of June, along with extra capacity to Funchal, Málaga and Nice in peak season. Evenes in Northern Norway will also remain on the programme in summer 2027.
Cairo: new destination
Brussels Airlines adds Cairo to its summer 2027 network. The route will operate up to five times a week and the first flight is scheduled for Monday 29 March 2027. The route starts as a seasonal service, with the ambition to operate it year-round later on.
A great city trip for your clients: the city's ancient history and food scene attract many visitors, and the Grand Egyptian Museum is expected to draw millions of visitors a year.

Kilimanjaro: third weekly flight
The route to Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) launched in June 2026. Thanks to strong demand since the launch, Brussels Airlines adds a third weekly flight from the end of June.
Extra flights to Funchal, Málaga and Nice
During peak season in summer 2027, extra capacity is added to Funchal (Madeira), Málaga and Nice. The number of additional flights has not been announced yet. Evenes in Northern Norway will also continue to be served in summer 2027.
