Environmental Cost Surcharge for Tour Operators
Lufthansa Group recently introduced the Environmental Cost Surcharge for all Lufthansa Group flights departing from any country of the European Union.
Lufthansa Group grants an exception to the Belgian market for all Tour Operator (TO) reservations made on/before 25 June 2024 with travel on/after 1 January 2025. You can issue the tickets without YQ-F until 24 July 2024.
Special authorization for TO fares booked with TOCB@NDC: As you need to reprice, the fare is no longer guaranteed. LHG gives you the authorization to waive the fare and the YQ-F for TO Base fares (TOB/TDB) booked in NDC with TOCB.
As from 25 July 2024, all tickets should include YQ-F.
